Intentional breathing brings you back to center, to where you are. Your focus returns and you are again in touch with you, and from there, the All. Pause to breathe deeply as often as you can remember and until it becomes a new habit. Become aware of the benefits of this practice as you pause throughout your day and breathe deeply.
