Circle of Being
You close your eyes and see a circle of beingness. Now, expand this circle. Allow the shape to change at will. See the inclusiveness. See the connectivity, the light pulsing along pathways. Feel the energy, like souls reaching out in greeting to old friends. See the central beams of pulsing light rushing in certainty to destinations beyond your current vision, but within your knowing. Healing finds its way. Love flows and connects. Joy permeates in color, feeling, and the sense of rhythm and melodies beyond your current recognition, but within your knowing.
New Day
Close your eyes. Sense the presences around you. Feel how they gather around you, like a team silently huddling together ahead of a journey. The pulsing of enthusiasm, common bonding of intention, and free-flowing love moves through and around you in playful currents. They are with you as you greet each day, every new segment of your day, the next venture into your life. Know you are infused with this energy as you step into your day.
