Embrace YourSelf

Embrace the Self inside, the part of you that is innately you, the part that is private and personal, yet connected to All. Hold in embrace the Self, yourSelf, that longs for love, feels fear, harbors doubt, yearns for peace. Embrace yourSelf until you feel the balm of comfort heal, and any of life’s angst fall away. Allow you to be the parent, the lover, the best friend, and the healer. This self-love invites and acknowledges Universal energy, the All. Radiating love, you receive love—in all its manifestations. Begin again.

Increments

Focus. If it will help, plan your day in increments. Do your best to follow your plan.

Be present. Be in your current increment. In this way your energy is not diluted.

Remember to breathe and drink water.

Take an Intentional Breath

Intentional breathing brings you back to center, to where you are. Your focus returns and you are again in touch with you, and from there, the All. Pause to breathe deeply as often as you can remember and until it becomes a new habit. Become aware of the benefits of this practice as you pause throughout your day and breathe deeply.

With much love,

Balance

Bring balance into your life in every way. The doing as well as the being, seeing the beauty as well as the dust, the sun as well as the clouds, the being of you as well as the do, do, doing of things — are all calling for your balance.

Think On These Things

Think on these things:  the dreams you hold in your heart, happy expectations, the gratitude you feel for any of the people, things, situations in your life and [those that] are yet to come, the twinkle in your friend’s eye[s], the twinkle in your own eye[s], the tree, the flower, the bird, the dog’s gaze of love. Leave yesterday’s hardship in the past. You need not share it or analyze it today. Fill your mind today with all these higher thoughts we recommend and even more will come to you. Be happy. Strive to feel good.

See Them Happy

The best thing you can do for those you love and for whom you needlessly worry is to see them happy. Envision them not in varying degrees of poverty or lack of health, but as happy. You need not assign specifc conditions beyond this. Happy is the best place to start. In this way you are helping more – for them and for yourSelf. Worry and re-imaging them in less than prosperous circumstances does not contribute to their well-being. See them happy. See you happy, too!
